Today I went to fetch my goodies from the Kamersvol Geskenke (which is Afrikaans for ‘rooms full of gifts’) market. It was such a beautiful venue with even more beautiful items for sale.
I went as a visitor on Saturday morning with some friends and family – it was quiet in the morning (before the start when I was restocking my hat stands with bags), but by 10am there was hardly any space to move.
Look at all these marvelous handmade products. The variety was wonderful; from traditional veldskoene to paper place settings and ceramic eggholders, it was like walking through a magazine shoot. To see more pictures visit my Kamersvol flickr set.
Wow…wonderful pictures ,Wendren! This market looks wonderful and the landscape on your second picture also!
Everything looks so gorgeous!
It was a lovely venue, went on Friday. loved the mad hatters teaparty setup and it got quite busy, hope you did well? My enamel jug and basin fotos ended up in the shade at the time I prefer yours, more on flickr…
Love your first pic especially! I also went and took loads of photos, couldn’t help myself! Putting mine up tomorrow
Hope you made lots of sales!
