Commemorative Lithographs:
These images originate from lithographic stamps: a metal wooden block printing process used in the early 1930’s, found in SANBI (The South African Biodiversity Institute) archives. The stamps were used by the iconic South African farming magazine, Landbou Weekly that is still in circulation. The blocks were donated to the museum in the late 1950’s where the Evolution team found them and brought them back to life using modern printing methods.

Made using a single sheet of our special cement bag paper which is collected from a local packaging factory and digitally printed with archival images in collaboration with EVOLUTION PRODUCT. It is then fused to a special cotton to make it strong enough to stitch and each product is handmade by our team of very skilled seamstresses.
Each side folds over to give you a magic magnetic double close system (you can fold the cover left-to-right, or right-to-left). This is a great product for those left-handers or ambidextrous souls!
Each Organiser comes with two A5 soft notebooks which are made in South Africa with brown kraft covers and are debossed with a subtle Wren bird at the bottom. Centre-sewn spine with bright red thread, 64pages (32 leaves) unprinted, off white, acid-free 80gsm paper. Rounded corners ensure no sharp edges cut in to your hands. If you love Notebooks and Journals, you will love the simplicity of these well-made notebooks.
A5 Size: Inside there is space for 5 pen and card holders as well as two note pockets.
