Travelling with her daughters, she found herself in situations that every parent on the road knows well: passports needed at unexpected moments, outside of the usual airport setting, in a crowd, at a border, at a hotel check-in. Having something secure, slim, and immediately to hand wasn't a luxury; it was a necessity!
She'd also been hearing it from friends and family for years. Make us a passport holder. It was one of those requests that kept coming back, from people who travel and know what they need.
