Inspired by travel and journeys: Introducing the Wren Passport Holder

Wendren has always believed the best ideas come from lived experience, and the Wren Passport Holder is no different. Travelling with her daughters, she found herself in situations that every parent on the road knows well: passports needed at unexpected moments, outside of the usual airport setting, in a crowd, at a border, at a hotel check-in. Having something secure, slim, and immediately to hand wasn't a luxury; it was a necessity!

She'd also been hearing it from friends and family for years. Make us a passport holder. It was one of those requests that kept coming back, from people who travel and know what they need.

So she made it, and its been tried and tested on a family holiday to Switzerland and we confidently confirm that it is a success! or and "it worked better than she planned and helped more than she imagined.

The Wren Passport Holder is crafted from tough, water-resistant ProtectPaper®,  the same signature material that goes into every Wren piece. Slim enough to slip into a bag, sturdy enough to protect what matters most. Available in our signature Wren colours with a Mild Steel powder coated finish that does something quietly extraordinary.

The ticket clip is inspired by Table Mountain.

It's a detail that makes you feel like you're carrying a piece of home,  or the experience of Cape Town and the South African spirit,  wherever you go. Table Mountain is iconic, and its shape here is symbolic of where this product was born.

But it's more than a beautiful detail. The clip is where the real magic happens. It holds your passport open on the exact page you need, and secures your boarding pass or train ticket to it, no more using your ticket as a bookmark that slips out and disappears at the worst possible moment. Everything stays together. A seamless handover, every time.
